We are so proud to share our house with you and want you to have the best time while you stay. Whether you are a researcher or visiting ASU Skysong, or a family who wants to see the botanical gardens, zoo, aquarium, and the rest of the wonders of Old Town or Fashion Square in Scottsdale, this home is only a few short minutes drive to everything you can imagine.

Our amenities are ample, but not necessarily self-explanatory. The hot tub should be set to a comfortable level; however, it will lose heat during each use. It takes one hour to increase the temperature by one degree. So, please put the cover on at night when you are done using it. The exterior lights are connected to a switch on the electrical junction box by the hot tub. Feel free to leave them on at night for safety reasons. For those with little ones, the rear door has a safety latch preventing young children from entering the back yard on their own. You will already have front door access, but the side gate is locked. Our team members who service and clean the pool and hot tub, as well as provide landscaping have access and will come a few times a week to ensure that the house is in proper shape.
The heated pool has floaties and lawn games in the laundry room annex and beach towels by the rear door underneath the coffee/bar table. There is a small speaker to use during party hours (quiet hour are from 10pm to 6am). A propane grill is available for outside cooking. Please ensure to close the gas line after using. There is also a small firepit. Please use this responsibly and only use on the pool deck (and not on the turf). There are extra lawn chairs in the laundry room annex to gather by the fire.
The laundry room annex also has a step stool and some small hand tools if needed for any reason as well as an ironing board to use as needed. Inside the main house, the full kitchen is available for use, and cabinet lights can be used at night for safety purposes. Enjoy making dinner and eating on the dining room table or the small island. Our cleaning staff have requested that you please refrain from eating in the bedrooms and use the makeup towels so that the towels can be reused for the next guests. The televisions are connected to the wi-fi router, so feel free to stream your own accounts when your done having fun in the sun.
